Best uses

Best for large orders when most garments are of similar size, type, and color. Any color of fabric can be imprinted on (light inks on dark fabric require an extra fee). Specialty inks can be used (flourescent, glow in the dark, etc.)

Best for sports jersey lettering or for non-garment imprinting (tablecloths, awnings, umbrellas, etc.) or for very small garment orders. Very good variety of specialty media including glow in the dark, glitter, flock, reflective, foil, holographic. Specialty media available for imprinting on leather.

Only available on LIGHT colored garments. Excellent for dry-wick shirts, polyester, and compression shirts. Excellent color vibrancy and provides the softest finish of available printing methods. Superior quality prints. Great when photos are needed to be imprinted on garments. No specialty inks available.

Best for small to medium orders where many colors are needed but specialty inks are not needed. Can be an affordable alternative to screen printing when lots of colors are needed in the print (because screen fees are not required for each color). Can imprint on dark or light garments.

Imprintable fabric/garment types

Cotton, poly, nylon, or poly/cotton blend fabrics or garments can be screen printed (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, etc.)

Cotton, polyester, nylon, leather, wool, mesh - just about any fabric out there that can withstand temperatures of 300 degrees Farenheit.

Garments must be at least 60% polyester. 60/40 poly cotton blend is fine. Spandex is fine. Fabric must be able to withstand heat up to 400 degrees Farenheit.

Cotton, poly/cotton blend garments only (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.). The higher the cotton content, the better.

Pricing

Excellent per-piece price for large quantity orders.

Affordable but can be pricey if specialty media is required.

Higher end pricing, but the end quality is superior to other types of prints.

Higher end pricing, but can be more affordable than screen printing if lots of colors are needed in print.

*artwork fees will not be required if customer can email print-ready designs to us. Print-ready designs are designs that have been created in Adobe Illustrator in vector format and emailed in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format. Bitmap, raster, .JPG, .TIF, .PNG, or .GIF files are not print-ready.

†Rush orders are acceptable with payment of an expediting fee.
